How are you feeling today instructions
- This is a tool to help to identify how you are feeling in the moment and get some of your feelings down on paper
- Look at the wheel of emotions and identify how you feel. You can pick more than one
- Create a new entry - today’s date should auto populate, then pick your current feelings
- You can use the brain dump section tow rite down specifics of how you’re feeling or like a journal otherwise click space or dash for that section
- You can see a chart of how many times you’ve logged a specific feeling in the chart tab
- I have filtered the table to only show entries from the past 7 days so the page doesn’t get too long

- This is like a list of non-negotiables or habits that you know help to maintain your mental health
- See this as your plan for staying on top of your feelings or a list of the coping strategies that you’ve found the most helpful
- You can add when in the week you’d like to do these to plan
Coping strategies instructions
- I have outlined a list of a variety of coping strategies for different things you might be feeling
- I’ve included feeling depressed, anxious, sad, overwhelmed, stressed, lonely, bored, irritable and embarrassed
- You can filter the table by clicking on the different views for each of these feelings
- Some strategies have further information if you open the page such as videos or an outline of what to do
- Feel free to add your own, make sure to include what you think you could use it for and the effort level if that is something that concerns you. This can be helpful for if you know you can only do low effort things while depressed or if you need to have increased/decreased stimulation activities
